Privacy Policy
Effective: 28 October 2026 · Applies to the API client “imkon reels” (https://imkon.ai/reels-studio/)
1. Who we are
imkon reels is a private publishing and reporting tool operated by Bahrom Sharifzoda (Dushanbe, Tajikistan) for his own YouTube channel. Contact: [email protected].
2. YouTube API Services
imkon reels uses the YouTube API Services. By using imkon reels you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
3. Information we access, collect and store
- Through Google OAuth 2.0 (scopes youtube.upload, youtube.force-ssl, youtube.readonly) we access only the authorizing owner's channel: channel ID and title, the owner's own uploaded videos, their public statistics (views, likes, comment counts) and comments on those videos.
- We store on our own server: the OAuth refresh token, the video IDs we uploaded, daily statistics snapshots, and IDs of comments we replied to (to avoid duplicate replies). We do not store comment authors' personal data beyond the comment ID.
- We do not use cookies or tracking on this tool, and we do not collect data from website visitors.
4. How we use the information
Only to upload the owner's videos, set thumbnails, show the owner a performance report, and post short replies to comments on the owner's videos. We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Sharing
Information is not shared with any third party. Daily reports are sent only to the owner (via a private Telegram bot).
6. Data retention and deletion
Statistics snapshots are kept for at most 12 months. The owner can revoke imkon reels' access at any time via the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. After revocation, or on request to [email protected], all stored YouTube data and tokens are deleted within 7 days. Data that can no longer be refreshed through the API is deleted or refreshed within 30 days, as required by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
7. Security
Tokens are stored on a private server with restricted file permissions and are never shown in the web interface.
8. Changes
Changes to this policy are published on this page with a new effective date.
